Single-handed cruising yacht in excellent condition with only 500 engine hours. Beautiful teak interiors featuring a well-equipped galley with dual refrigerators and microwave oven, Webasto heating throughout and a Fusion stereo system with Bose speakers. Both heads have electric Tecma dual-pump toilets with shower stalls. Among the relevant accessories we find the generator, bow thruster and solar panels. Very beautiful and complete B&G electronic instrumentation. Excellently equipped from a sailing perspective thanks to the tall rig mast, oversized electric primary winches and a comprehensive sail set that includes Code 0 and Gennaker, both with sock, to facilitate hoisting and lowering with minimal crew. New (just installed) the sprayhood, bimini and connecting awning. First of the successful LC line, the 46 stands out for its seaworthy qualities and ease of handling even single-handed. The hull is very fast in all conditions but never twitchy thanks to weights concentrated amidships. All systems and tanks are indeed located beneath the saloon floorboards.
