Broker's Notes

LILLA is a CNB 76 semi-custom (hull no. 12) designed by Philippe Briand to tackle both ocean crossings and island-hopping cruises. Built in aluminum by the Bordeaux Shipyard with quality and solidity of a bygone era, she proves to be a vessel that delivers seamanship, speed and comfort all at once.

Previous owners have competed successfully in various regattas on the ocean racing circuit but have also enjoyed splendid cruising periods in the Mediterranean, the Caribbean and New England. This boat is indeed easily managed even with a crew of 2 people.

The aft maneuvering cockpit is completely separated from the guest area where guests can relax and enjoy both sailing and anchorages sheltered by a large bimini. This, together with her internal layout, makes her particularly suitable also for those who might want to use her for charter.

Below deck the bright saloon and three guest cabins (equipped with en suite heads) are completely separated from the galley and the area dedicated to chart work and crew.

In recent years the boat has undergone major routine and extraordinary maintenance work and is therefore in excellent condition. The hull was repainted in Awlgrip in 2020, the deck teak replaced in 2021, the engine (a 1999 Yanmar 200Hp) was removed and completely overhauled in all its parts.

Particularly well-maintained and redundant is the onboard electronics which includes among other things a dual PC with navigation software integrated with plotters, radar and weather via satellite communication.

Extraordinarily rich in charm, LILLA is ready and equipped to rack up miles, and deliver great satisfaction both in cruising and in ocean crossings or offshore competitions.
