Broker's Notes

This vessel we have known and followed for many years. Its owners have constantly maintained and updated it: it is therefore in excellent condition. Three-cabin, one-head version. Among the numerous routine maintenance and upgrade interventions carried out in recent years, the new Flexiteek cockpit decking stands out, the rigging which has been replaced (G&G Rigging 2025), the bronze through-hull fittings, the mainsail (2026 with very few hours of use), the windlass and the Axiom plotter in the wheelhouse. A large Enercom solar panel on the sprayhood provides charging for two excellent Victron Energy AGM batteries of 110Ah, while engine starting is assured by a red Optima battery. The mainsail track has a dual working position: when cruising it is positioned on deck, allowing you to take advantage of the large bimini and to sail with the entire cockpit in the shade, while when positioned in the cockpit, it allows you to indulge in some racing fun and achieve the performance that this hull can deliver. This fortunate Jeanneau model represents an opportunity not to be missed for those who know how to appreciate the cruising and performance qualities it has to offer.
