Broker's Notes
«Ultra Violet» is an owner-operated vessel configured in a 3-cabin version (owner's cabin forward) and 2 heads. It is in excellent condition, lightly used and very well equipped.
In 2024 its current owner made several targeted improvements to have ample autonomy at anchor. The electrical system was completely redesigned and equipped with solar panels (Solbian), lithium batteries, new alternator, 3 DC-DC battery chargers and a 2000W inverter/charger all from Victron Energy. The onboard systems (batteries, refrigerator temperatures, levels etc.) are monitored by the Victron Cerbo GX and can be controlled remotely via App.
Also from the same year are the Shenker Zen 50 litre/hour watermaker (equipped with purification filters to make water potable), the Raymarine electronics and the Starlink system.
Among the accessories on board we find heating with dual Webasto system (two units), the electric toilet, the TV and the refrigerator in the cockpit table.
In the spirit of simplicity are the sailing and port manoeuvres thanks to the boom mainsail furling system, the electric deck winch, the bow thruster and the Pod transmission system, which combined with the electronic throttle and the ZF Joy-stick, guarantee easy and precise mooring.
The Sun Odyssey 50 DS is a boat that is hardly beaten for brightness, volumes, liveability and interior storage spaces.
Briand's hull meanwhile is fast and smooth, guaranteeing excellent sailing performance nonetheless.
